Redmi 8A Pro has launched as a brand new budget smartphone from Xiaomi in Indonesia and it looks like a updated version of the Redmi 8A Dual that was launched in India in February this year.
The smartphone comes with 6.22-inch HD+ display with waterdrop-style notch, and is powered by the Snapdragon 439 SoC.
It has Dual rear cameras at the back with a 13 megapixel main sensor, and a large 5,000mAh battery.The Redmi 8A Pro runs on Android 9 Pie software and comes in three colors - Sea Blue,Sky White and Midnight Grey.Redmi 8A Pro is the latest smartphone from Xiaomi.It was launched in April 2020 in Indonesia.

Coming to the full features,the phone comes with a 6.22-inch IPS LCD touch screen display (resolution of 720x1520 pixels) with a waterdrop-style notch, and 270ppi pixel density.
The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10.The phone is powered by the 1.95GHz Octa-core Snapdragon 439 SoC.It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage expandable up to 256GB using microSD card.The Redmi 8A Pro is a dual-SIM smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards with a dedicated slot.
The Redmi 8A Pro packs a 5,000mAh non removable battery with 18W fast charging support,unfortunately it comes with microUSB port.The battery will last for up to 19 hours of video playback, and 100 hours of audio playback.
When it comes to the camera, the Redmi 8A Pro on the rear packs a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a second 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture.Camera setup include HDR, portrait mode, dual camera blur effect, timer, panorama, Google Lens integration. On the front there is a 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity features include 4G LTE,USB-OTG ,Micro-USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS.Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor on back.
The phone is is water repellent and comes in three colors - Sky White,Sea Blue and Midnight Grey.

Redmi 8A Pro will be available in two storage variants - 2GB RAM,32GB ROM and 3GB RAM,32GB ROM.The 2GB RAM variant is priced at IDR 1,549,000 which is around Rs. 7,100 and the 3GB RAM variant is priced at IDR 1,649,000 which is around Rs. 7,600).
Both models are going to be sold in three colour variants.The Redmi 8A Pro was launched in Indonesia and will start sale later this month.It may be available in other markets soon.
