The new smartphone from Poco, Poco M2 Pro was launched on 7th July 2020. The phone features a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels at a pixel density of 395 pixels per inch (ppi) and an aspect ratio of 20:9. Poco M2 Pro comes with a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor that features 2 cores clocked at 2.3GHz and 6 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Poco M2 pro comes with 4GB of RAM and packs 64GB of ROM that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 512GB) with a dedicated slot.
The Poco M2 Pro runs Android 10 and is powered by a 5020mAh non-removable battery. The Poco M2 Pro supports 33W fast charging.
When we came to cameras, the Poco M2 Pro on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera; a second 8-megapixel camera; a third 5-megapixel camera, and a fourth 2-megapixel camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It comes with a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
The Poco M2 Pro runs MIUI 11 based on Android 10. The Poco M2 Pro is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Poco M2 Pro measures 165.75 x 76.68 x 8.80mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 209.00 grams.
It was launched in 3 colors, Out of the Blue, Green, and Greener, and Two Shades of Black. It bears a glass body.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor on the side. The Poco M2 Pro supports face unlock.
